Caesar Cipher and ROT13 Converter
Shift English letters forward or backward through the alphabet while leaving numbers, spacing, punctuation, accents, and symbols unchanged. A shift of 13 produces ROT13.
About Caesar shifts
This is a simple substitution method, not secure encryption. Each A–Z letter moves by the selected number of positions and wraps around at the end of the alphabet. ROT13 is its own inverse, so applying it twice restores the original text.
